New Fort Lauderdale Mission President & Companion arriving in July 2020!

Timothy F. Pingree, 60, and Lou Ann L. Pingree, four children (3 sons & 1 daughter), Willow Creek Ward, Denver Colorado Stake: Florida Fort Lauderdale Mission, succeeding President Jerryl L. Garns and Sister Mary Lynn Garns. Brother Pingree is a mission presidency counselor and former stake presidency counselor, high councilor, bishop, elders quorum president, ward mission leader, ward Young Men president, and missionary in the Spain Madrid Mission. He enjoys music, training for triathlons, and he loves to travel. He graduated from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, with a B.S. Degree in Microbiology.  Dr. Pingree spent two years in Spain serving a religious mission.  He obtained his M.D. degree from the University of Utah in 1987, where he served as student body president. Dr. Pingree completed his surgical residency in 1992 at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center in San Antonio.  His training included general Otolaryngology, Otology, Facial Plastic Surgery, Head and Neck Surgery, and Pediatric Otolaryngology.  Since 1992, Dr. Pingree has lived in Denver.  Dr. Pingree is board certified in the specialty of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. He was born in Newton, Massachusetts, to Job Frederick Pingree Jr. and Phyllis Lee Pingree.

Sister Pingree is a JustServe representative and Church-service missionary and former ward Relief Society president, ward Young Women and Primary presidency counselor, ward missionary, seminary teacher, and missionary in the England Manchester Mission. She was born in Mountain Home, Idaho, to James Shiblon Lassetter and Betty Lou Lassetter.
